This research aimed to know the influence of motivation and organizational commitment toward the employees performance at PT Visionland Semarang. The methods used for data collections used questionnaire completion. The sample of this research were 70 respondents and analytical method used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression conducted with the Classical Assumption test and Goodness of Fit Test. The result of regression analysis indicated that motivation and organizational commitment all of them had positive influence on employees performance. Based on t test it is indicated that motivation and organizational commitment have significant influenced on employees performance Based on f test, independent variables simultaneously influenced of employees performance significantly, with coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,349. This mean that 34,9% of employee performance could be influenced by motivation and organizational commitment, while remaining 65,1% were influenced by other variables which were not observed.
