PT Sinar Indah Abadi is a company engaged in the field of Transport Service Services especially loading and unloading and Shipping at the Port of Tanjung Mas Semarang which is already quite experienced because it has been running for 11 years. The company is engaged in the agency which deals with the delivery and receipt of export and import goods, trucking and others that require customers who trusted. However, in the field not all go well due to some complaints among service users to the company due to several factors. The authors therefore observe the reasons why this problem can occur by using the variables that influence the decision to use services. The variables are Company Image and Delivery Service Quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Company Image and Quality of Service Delivery of Decision Use of Trucking Service either simultaneously or partially. This research uses primary data from PT Sinar Indah Abadi. The methods used for data collection were interview and questionnaire completion The sample of this research are 50 respondents and analytical method used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression conducted with the Classical Assumption test and Goodness of Fit Test. The result of regression analysis indicated that company image and delivery service quality all had positive influence on the decision to use services. Based on t test it is indicated that company image and delivery service quality have positive significant influence on the decision to use services. Based on f test, independent variables simultaneuosly influenced the decision to use services significantly, with coeficient of determination (R2 ) of 0,678. This meant that 67,8% of the decision to use services could be influenced by company image and delivery quality service, while remaining 32,2% are influenced by other variables which are not observed.
