Perum Perhutani is a company in the field of forestry, carry out the filling activities. In this field the files are those manuscripts that created and accepted by the agency as well as the staffing file. The purpose of this end test, are know the procedure of managing employee files, file system archive employee files, equipment and file storage facilities file employees, and know the factors of problem or obstacle in arrangement of archiving employee files.
