The purpose of the research is to know the implementation of the promotional program Jumat Sabtu Minggu (JSM) and find out the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of the promotional program Jumat Sabtu Minggu (JSM) at Alfamart Area Jatingaleh and Banyumanik Semarang. Promotion program of JSM aims to sell products with low profit margins through various incentives including product bundling, display, and cheap redeemed to increase sales. The result of this research is from the promotional program implementation Jumat Sabtu Minggu (JSM) conducted at Alfamart area Jatingaleh of can be concluded that there is nothing the average income of the highest period of Alfamart store June 2016-May2017 is Alfamart Jangli Tlawah of 8,393 occurred in June 2016, and achieve the lowest income average is Alfamart Dr. Wahidin 2 of 572 in July 2016.
