Strategi Komunikasi Kepemimpinan Dalam Menyelesaikan Konflik Interpersonal Organisasi : Studi kasus Divisi Bisnis Tribun Jateng



Every organization often has conflicts. These have to be solved, because conflicts can make unstabllized organization. Organization leader has to have ability of management conflict and good communication. The leader must have good communication to deliver information, ideas and solve organization interpersonal conflicts. This research are done at Divisi Bisnis Tribun Jateng. The Purpose of this final project is to know interpersonal conflicts, communication strategy used leader, obstacles faced by the leader in implementation of communication strategy and ways in overcoming obstacles faced by the leader. The final project written is descriptively. The methods of collecting data are interview, observation, and literature review. The data used are the primary and secondary data. The result of this research shows that ever interpersonal conflicts in Tribun Jateng. Every head section makes and applies communication strategy has ever observe communication, messages and the method of deliver message and media that be used.
