Pengaruh Budaya Perusahaan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Batang-Semarang Seksi 4&5



The purpose of this final project is to determine: (1) the corporate’s culture at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5, (2) the corporate’s culture type at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk BatangSemarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5, (3) employee’s job satisfaction level at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 (4) the influence of corporate’s culture on employee’s job satisfaction at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5. The population of this final project were all 340 employee of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 and 78 as the sample. The population of this final project were 340 employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 and 78 used as sample of research. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The methods to collect data were literature review, observation, interview, and questionnaire. The analysis technique used simple regression linear analysis produced equations Y=12,472 + 0,599X. Reliability and validity test showed that the data were reliable and valid. The hypothesis was proven using t test leading to the conclusion that: corporate’s culture had a significant on employee’s job satisfaction at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5. The t test analyst showed that company culure variable result = 6,033 was bigger than t table 1,66515 using 5% scale. It means that company culture had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination showed that contribution effect of company culture on employee job satisfaction is 32,4% . It is concluded that: (1) corporate’s culture at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 consistent with element of corporate’s culture, (2) corporate’s culture type at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 is constructive, (3) employee’s job satisfaction level at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 is high, (4) corporate’s culture had a significant on employee’s job satisfaction at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5. It is recomended to company that the company should give a employee’s cognition about corparate’s culture at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Batang-Semarang Toll Road Project Section 4&5 so they know how to work and behave. Not only the company should give a reward based on employee’s job but also set up a event to refresh their mind and body
