Strategi Pemasaran Produk Asuransi Pada PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Semarang



The purpose of this research is to find out the practice, problems and solutions of marketing strategy of PT Asuransi Wahana Tata Branch of Semarang. The data obtained by interview and literally reviews, the methodology of this research is analytical descriptive. Based on the interview, PT Asuransi Wahana Tata Branch of Semarang used marketing mix strategy of product, price, people, promotion, and process. First, the product strategy which is proficient and beneficial for the customers. Second, the price strategy with minimum rate of insurance premium. Third, the promotion strategy using advertisement, personal marketing, publishing, marketing promotion. Fourth, the people strategy which hold training and seminars for the employee. Last, the process strategy with proficient and fast polis request and claim.
