The employees productivity is a primary factor for a company in reaching its goals. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the organizational culture implementation on employees work productivity at PT Jamu Jago Kantor Pusat Semarang. The sample of this research is all employees at PT Jamu Jago Kantor Pusat Semarang. There are 37 respondents from calculation result of saturate sampling. In this project, the research applied the techniques to collect data interview, observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data were analized by using simple linear regression, T test, coefficient of determination using SPSS version 16.00. The result showed that the organizational culture implementation has a positive influence on work productivity with regression coeffiecient 0,303 and value of significant 0,000. T test showed that the organizational culture implementation is significantly influenced on employees work productivity as a result H0 rejected and Ha accepted. The coefficient of determination is 0,763. It means that 76,3% of employee’s work productivity can be explained by the organizational culture implementation. Meanwhile, 23,7% of work productivity is influenced by other variables which are not included in this research. From the research it can be concluded that the organizational culture implementation gives significant and positive influence on the work productivity of employees at PT Jamu Jago Kantor Pusat Semarang.
