The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang. This study used survey methods with interview, questionnaires and literature study. The sample in this study were 30 employees of the PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang with census sampling. The result was obtained by simple regression analysis equation of Y=35,041+0,555X. From the regression known that variables of working motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang with tcount about 6,025 and signification 0,000 (less than 0,05) . While from the result of determination coefficient (adjusted R square) showed that 0,549. It meant that 54,9% of the employees’ performance was explained by working motivation. While 45,1% was explained by other variables which were not studied in this research.
