The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Work Training on Employee Performance in PT. Prima Zirang Utama Semarang. The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression method, f-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and the coefficient of determination test (R2 ). Based on this research, the result of statistical F-test has significant value < significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Its mean that of Work Motivation and Work Training had a significant impact on employee performance simultaneously. From the result of coefficient of determination test, adjusted R2 has value of 0,768. It means that the impact of independent variable (work motivation and work training) on dependent variable (employee performance) was at 76,8%, while the remaining 23,2% was influenced by other variables that was outside this research.
