The Analysis Influence Of Service Quality, Quality Product and Trust On Word Of Mouth at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Semarang Branch Office



This study aimed to analyze the influence of Quality of Service, Product Quality and Confidence in the Word of Mouth on PT. BRISyariah Bank Semarang branch office either simultaneously or pertially. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study were all customers of PT. BRISyariah Bank Semarang branch. Methods of sampling using sampling nonprobability as many as 107 samples. Data analysis model used in this study using multiple linear regression. While the technique of analysis in this study using the test F, R2 test, and t test. The results of hypothesis verification and discussion in this study indicates that the variable quality of service significant and positive impact on the Word of Mouth In. BRISyariah Bank Semarang branch. Variable Product Quality significant and positive impact on the Word of Mouth In. BRISyariah Bank Semarang branch. Variable Trust significant and positive impact on the Word of Mouth In. BRISyariah Bank Semarang branch.
