The analysis of motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction effects toward turnover intention of Islamic finance institution in Semarang regency



This research is based on the problems of employees in islamic financial institutions in Semarang Regency. The development of islamic financial institution must be followed by the development of its human resources. With the release of employees, the company will lose experienced human resources. Turnover Intention in a company can be influenced by motivation, leadership and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of variables motivation, leadership, and employee job satisfaction toward turnover intention of islamic financial institutions in Semarang Regency. After reviewing the literature and preparing the hypothesis, data were collected through questionnaires to 70 respondents of employees in islamic financial institutions in Semarang Regency obtained by using saturated sampling technique. Then, data analysis was obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS program version 16. In this case including: validity, reliability, normality test, suitability model, and hypothesis testing. From result of hypothesis show that motivation have negative and significant effect to turnover intention, then leadership have negative and significant effect to turnover intention, job satisfaction has negative and significant effect to turnover intention.
