The purpose of this final project is to know the market segmentation on product Wifi.ID Manage Service PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Jateng Utara Semarang in determining market segmentation on product Wifi.ID Manage Service. The method of writing is descriptive. Data were collected by interview, observation and literature study. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The result of this final project shows that in determining segmentation of market PT Telkom Indonesia made the first step to see the number of production tools available through Telkom's tool system in target area that already exist determined, the second conducts a consumer survey that is used to identify the characteristics of the consumer, the third set of target markets that match the characteristics of the product Wifi.ID Manage Service, fourth after determining the target market, the marketer engages in door to door promotion activities. Market segmentation on product Wifi.ID Manage Service PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jateng Utara Semarang is based on the main segmentation variables for the consumer market namely geographic, psychographic and behavioral segmentation.
