The unoptimal production factors usage is infered as a factor affecting production output and the high of turnover level, it also becomes a factor which affects production of PT BinaBusana Internusa Semarang.The goals of this study are to find out the influence of production factors (direct labors, the capacity of production machine and raw materials) to the garment production in PT BinaBusana Internusa Semarang and to find out the technical efficiency level of garment production factors useage in PT BinaBusana Internusa Semarang. The data type which is used in this study is the secondary data with the purposive sampling method. The method of collecting data are interview, observation and literature review. The number of samples which are taken in this study are from the time series data of each month during October 2014-march 2017 period, there are 30 samples (months). the data analysis method in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and efficiency test analysis. Based on the data processing result, the quantity of direct labors (X1), the capacity of production machine (X2) influence positively and significantly to the garment production output at PT BinaBusana Internusa Semarang, while the raw materials (X3) influence positively and did not significantly to garmen production output at PT BinaBusana Internusa Semarang. The technical efficiency level of direct labors is114,944, the technical efficiency capacity of production machine is 0,027 and the technical efficiency of raw materials is 0,004, it means that the labors usage are technically efficient yet, while the capacity of production machine and the raw material usage is classified in the technically efficient category. The number of Return To Scale (RTS) is 114,975, it means that the business condition in PT BinaBusana Internusa Semarang was deserve to be continued or developed bacause the value of return to scale (RTS) is more than 1.
