This research is to analyse the supervision and non physical work environment of the work discipline of employees. Research conducted through the distribution of questionnaires on 57 employees and the analysis used in this research included linear regression multiple analysis, the determination, F test, T test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test. The result of the coefficient determination (R2 ) 18,9%, linear regression multiple produced equation was Y = 4,869+ 0,332 (X1) + 0,307 (X2)+e. It can be seen on the T test > T table = 2,291>1,673 meaning that there was a positif on the work discipline, and the non physical work environment T test > T table = 2,269 >1,673 meaning that there was a psitive on the work discipline. From the F test known F test > F table = 7,506 >3,160 it means that there was influence between the supervision and non physical work environment simultaneously to work discipline
