This study aims to know the policy, preparation of resources, and implementation of safety and health programs (K3) at PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch.Research methods of collecting the data used in this study was descriptive method using structured interview method. The population in this study was the employees of PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch. Total population in this study was as many as 31 people and only 6 persons who were qualified as research samples taken by purposive sampling technique. The results were analyzed descriptively.The results showed that first, the policy of implementation Safety and Health programs of PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch are insurance for employees, personal protective equipment forinspectors, job safety analysis. Second, preparation of resources were the safety and health organizing committe, training for inspector and consultan, and fire fighting training. Third, The implementation of policy and preparation of resources were good enough, however the implementation of some programs were still inconsistant
