The purpose of this final project is to opening new business in the field of meeting the needs of the kitchen with online, Gain profit on or exceed the specified target and Got an entrepreneurship experience.The final project was to evaluate the business performance from some aspects such as human resources, production and operation, and finance.Business “Monggo Blonjo” has two homebase which located in Jl. Kaligarang atas No. 18 Semarang, and Jl. Banjarsari Raya No. 27 A Semarang. Activities in this business involve survey and determining location, purchase of materials, tools and material preparations for product, implementation of the promotion and marketing as well as the prerparation for the reports.It can be concluded from the marketing aspect that it is necessary to make some improvement in some strategies used, especially on promotion, and human resources aspect. For the financial aspect, it was found out that some financial rations based on the data for 3 months from 24 April-16 July 2017 with the profit of Rp. 1.590.600
