Analysis of customer satisfaction level on teller services at pt bpd Jawa Tengah branch of Ungaran



This research aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction PT BPD Jawa Tengah branch of Ungaran using six criteria of quality of services which include professionalism and skills, attitudes and behavior, accessibility and flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness, recovery, reputation and credibility. This research at PT BPD Jawa Tengah branch of Ungaran used incidental sampling and purposive sampling method. Data processing method using validity, reliability testing, analysis satisfaction index and mapping of the Cartesian diagram. This research was valid and reliable. The result of satisfaction index calculation weighting average is 3.10 indicates that customers have been satisfied with the services provided teller at a branch of PT BPD Jawa Tengah branch of Ungaran.
