Penerapan kualitas pelayanan pada alfamart store focus area Banyumanik Semarang



Sumber Alfaria Trijaya is a retail company, with the market name is a Alfamart. The fierce retail competition requires Alfamart to provide good service to customers. As a leading retailer, Alfamart must provide optimal service to customers. This research aims to answer the analyze of the services quality that is applied on Alfamart store focus area Banyumanik Semarang, which is Alfamart Tusam, Alfamart Jatiraya 3 and Alfamart Damar. Method of collecting data in this research by documentation and literature study. The data used in this Final Project is secondary data. The result of this research shows that the assessment of tangible variable of Alfamart Tusam and Jatiraya 3 were very good, while Alfamart Damar were good, the assessment of reliability variable of three stores were very good, the assessment of responsiveness variable of three stores were very good, and the assessment of empathy variable of Alfamart Jatiraya 3 were very good, while Alfamart Tusam and Damar were good, and than the assesment of service quality at the three Alfamart store focus that is Alfamart Tusam, Jatiraya 3 and Damar in the Banyumanik area as a whole shows that the results of the assessment are very good or excellent. From the result in this research, obtained suggestions for Alfamart is always improving and maintaining the implementation of service quality.
