Pengaruh customer delight terhadap customer loyalty pada Alfamart Kelud Raya Semarang



The aims of this research were to determine the effect customers delight on customers loyaltyof consumers ofAlfamart Kelud Raya Semarang. The subjects of this research were allmembers of Alfamart Kelud Raya Semarang who had make a purchase in November 2016 – March 2017. The sample were80 consumers chosen by using Accidental Sampling technique.The data analysis technique was Simple linear regression using IBM SPSS 22. The data collection techniques used were interview, literature study and questionnaire. The result showed that there was an effect amounted to 15.3% of customer delight. Customers delighthaspositive effect on customers loyaltywith regression coefficient of 0.489and the regression equation simple is Y=4.443 + 0.489X.
