The purpose of this research is to provide recommendation of office layout modification in accordance with the standard arrangement of good office layout and provide an alternative arrangement of furniture and office equipment on the Shared Service Department PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport. The type of office layout in the Service Department of PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport is an Open Plan Offices and uses the border wall for the Section room. The arrangement of the work desk by marching backwards, with the distance is too close to other office furniture and work seats not in accordance with good standards. The alternative is provided by reducing unused items, equating worker seats and desks, providing border walls at the front door of the staff room and providing modifications to the arrangement of office space in accordance with good office arrangement standards
