Analisis kualitas website internet banking Bank Rakyat Indonesia dengan metode webqual 4.0 dan importance performance analysis



This study aims to analyze the quality of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Internet Banking website based on user perception, using WebQual 4.0 method and know the gap between performance level and user interest level and indicator which become the main priority improvement based on Importance Performance Analysis. WebQual 4.0 is a method for measuring website quality based on user perceptions. The dimensions used in WebQual 4.0 consist of usability, information quality and interaction quality. The sample in this research are 95 respondents of customers of Internet Banking BRI. The results show that the quality of BRI Internet Banking website has WebQualIndex with a score of 0.82. Quadrant analysis and gap analysis found that IP Quadrant quadrant in quadrant one there are three indicators that need to be improved performance. The average value of gap for each dimension is usability dimension has gap equal to -0.14, dimension of information quality equal to -0,21 and dimension of interaction quality -0,23. The greatest gap value lies in the BRI Internet Banking indicator ensures the user's personal information security information of -0.34.
