Analisis pengaruh program kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap mmotivasi kerja karyawan pada BPJS ketenagakerjaan Cabang Ungaran



This research was conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Ungaran. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of employee welfare programs toward employee working motivation. The research sample was 36 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Ungaran as respondents. Data were processed using SPSS 24. The independent variable of this research was employee welfare programs and the dependent variable of this research was the employee working motivation. The method of analysing in this research used validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The method of collecting data are questionnaire and literature study. The calculation of the regression analyst shows that at the regression equation Y = 20,885 + 0,190 X, which means that employee welfare programs give a positive and significant effect on employee working motivation. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis ttest > ttable (4,038 > 2,032), so we could conclude that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. From the result showed the value of the coefficient of determination was 0,324, indicating that employee welfare programs had the effect of 32,4% on the employee working motivation and the rest is influenced by other factors which were not examined.
