The purposes of this research were to find out (1) The influence of sales promotion on the customer’s decision to save Batara in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk UNDIP Tembalang Sub Branch, (2) The influence of personal selling on the customer’s decision to save Batara in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk UNDIP Tembalang Sub Branch, and (3) The influence of sales promotion and personal selling on the customer’s decision to save Batara in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk UNDIP Tembalang Sub Branch. The methods of data collection were questionnaires, Interview, and literature study. The sample in this study are 100 customers of the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk UNDIP Tembalang Sub Branch with insidental sampling. The data analysis techniques used is multiple regression. From the analysis of multiple regression in this research, it could be found that the sales promotion and personal selling had positive impact on the saving customer decision. The most dominant variable that positively influence the saving customer decision was the personal selling. While from the result of determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) shows that 0,489 or 48,9% of the dependent variable was sales promotion and personal selling. It means that 48,9% of the saving customer decision is explaine by them. While 51,1% was influenced by other variables which are not explore in this research.
