Motivation is an important factor for employees to achieve job satisfaction. PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City is a drinking water company that meets the needs of clean air most of the people of Semarang city. Giving the right motivation is important for the company to improve employee morale. Therefore, the right excess motivation will make employees more spirit in work and organizational goals can be achieved. The purpose of this final project is to work hard on the employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City, to find employee satisfaction and future expectations of the advantages of motivation given to the company Tirta PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang and programs that need to be improved by using the IPA / Importance of Performance Analysis. This research was written by using descriptive method, sampling technique is incidental sampling. Data by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire. The population of this final project is employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City, 74 as a sample. The result of the analysis shows that although overall the employees are satisfied with the achievement of work motivation given by PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang but from the analysis of Cartesius diagram there are some aspects of the program that need to be improved so that the future in motivation benefit can meet the expectation of employees and employees more spirit in work .
