Pengaruh E-Service Quality Terhadap Repurchase Intention Pada Alfacart : Studi kasus konsumen Alfacart Wilayah Cabang Semarang



The aims of this research were to determine the effect e-service quality on repurchase intention of consumers of Alfacart at Semarang Branch area. The subjects of this research were all consumers of Alfacart in the Semarang Branch who had transactions in January – June 2017. The samples were 100 consumers chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was simple linear regression using IBM SPSS 20. The data collection techniques used were interview, literature study and questionnaire. The result showed that there was an effect accounted to 45.4% of e-service quality. E-service quality had positive effect on repurchase intention with regression coefficient of 0.450 and the regression equation simple is
