This research aims to analyze the significance influnce of job satisfaction, motivation, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership toward organizational citizenship behavior of employee PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Solo Branch Office. This research is applied research. Methods of data collection in this research was a questionnaire, interview, and literature study. The sampling technique used was saturated sample. The population in this research are all employee on PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Solo Branch Office. Samples are 40 employees on PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Solo Branch Office. The data is processed by using SPSS. Data analysis model using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. The results of this research indicate that the job satisfaction, motivation, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership have positive and significant influence toward organizational citizenship behavior of employee PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Solo Branch Office.
