PT Industri Kereta Api is a manufacturing railways company, producing many railway products. In selling the products, PT Industri Kereta Api followed the auction to work on the project. The objectives of this final project are to describe about the process of auction and the documents arrising from the auction process between PT Industri Kereta Api and Bangladesh Railways. The final project report is written based on qualitative data, which is collected through interview with the manager of overseas marketing department and document study concerning the auction. The general process after the auction done is asking the document, aanwijzing, announcing the winner, signing contract, producting, and delivering the product to customer.
