The purposes of this research are analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation, and compensation simultaneously toward employee productivity at PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarta Branch Office, analyzing the effect of leadership partially toward employee productivity at PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarata Branch Office, analyzing the effect of motivation partially toward employee productivity at PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarata Branch Office, and analyzing the effect of compensation partially toward employee productivity at PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarata Branch Office The population in this research is the employees at PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarta Branch Office. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The samples in the research are 40 employees at PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarta Branch Office who fulfill the purposive sampling criteria. The model of analysis used is Analysis Multiple Regresion Linier, whereas the techniques of analysis used are the F Test, Coefficient Determination Test (R2 ) and t Test. Meanwhile, the data acquired are processed with SPSS 23.0 program. The results of the research show that leadership, motivation, and compensation variables simultaneously have significant effect or around 39.399 toward employee productivity. Meanwhile, leadership partially has significant effect or around 2.110 toward employee productivity, motivation partially has significant effect or around 2.191 toward employee productivity, and compensation partially has significant effect or around 2.285 toward employee productivity. In the end, the writer hopes that this research will be useful for any banking institutions in general and PT Bank BNI Syariah Surakarta Branch Office in particular in promoting or increasing the productivity of the employees in order that the targetted goals of the bank can be maximized to reach in the future.
