The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health programs to working motivation at the body and frame at CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. The data are collected by observation and questionnaire. The sampling technique is random sampling. The population in this study are employees working body and frame, consioting of 281 respondents with 75 samples. SPSS version 24 is used to process data. The results shows that simple linier regression is Y= 13,266 + 0,715X. This means that occupational safety and health programs have a positive and significant impact on employee motivation of body and frame. The t value is 8,324 (greater than t table 1.6660) with a significance value of 0,000 (less than 0,05), meaning that occupational safety and health has a positive and significant effect on working motivation. The value of determination coefficient (R Squre) is 0,487, meaning that working motivation can be influenced by health and work safety equal to 48,7% while 51,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. It is recommended that CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran should conduct a training on occupational safety and health for all employees to train how to use personal protective equipment, finish a routine maintanance and prevent accidents or diseases as a consequences of work.
