The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Financial Distress, Firm Size and Leverage on Hedging Activity in automotive and component companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2016. This research used secondary data. The samples in this research were determined by using purposive sampling technique. The samples used in this research were 11 (eleven) automotive and component companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was logistic regression supported by software SPSS 22.0. The result of F test indicated that of Current Ratio, Financial Distress, Firm Size and Leverage simultaneously has significant effect on Hedging Activity. While the T test results indicated that Current Ratio partially has significant effect on hedging activity, so that H 1 accepted. Financial Distress partially has not significant effect on hedging activity, so that H 2 rejected. Firm Size partially has significant effect on hedging activity, so that H 3 accepted. Leverage partially has significant effect on hedging activity, so that H 4 accepted. Nagelkerke R Square was equal to 0.286. This means that the ability of the independent variables (Current Ratio, Financial Distress, Firm Size and Leverage) in explaining the variation of the dependent variable (hedging activity) was 28.6%, while the rest was explained by other independent variables outside the model. Based on result, the formula can be obtained : HEDGING = -2.411 - 1.475*CURRENT_RATIO + 0.535*FINANCIAL_DISTRESS + 0.196*FIRM_SIZE – 1.092*LEVERAGE
