The research was conducted to analyze financial performance at Food And Beverages Companies listed on Indonesian Srtock Exchange 2014-2016. The population in the research were all food and beverages companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange during period of 2011-2014. Sampling technic used was purposive sampling. There were 10 companies as sample. The instrument of analyze was ratio analyze including liquidity, solvability and profitability ratio. Ther result of analysis showed that PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk had a good performance in terms of liquidity, solvability and profitability ratio compared with other compared with other competitors.
