The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organization culture and transformasional leadership style on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Cabang Koordinator Pati. The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, assumption classic test, t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression method, and the coefficient of determination test (R2 ). Based on this research, the result of statistical F-test has significant value < significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Its mean that organization culture and transformasional leadership style has a significant impact on employee performance simultaneously. From the result of coefficient of determination test, adjusted R2 has value of 0,868. It means that the impact of independent variable (organization culture and transformasional leadership style) toward dependent variable (performance employee) is at 86,8%, while the remaining 13,2% is influenced by other variables that outside in this research.
