The purpose of this research is to find out the spatial conditions in the filing room at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Semarang Majapahit and also to find out its filing system procedure in this room. The technique of the data analysis in this research is a descriptive method. The data were collected by conducting interview and observation, and observing literature. The result of this research is the spatial layout in filing room at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Semarang Majapahit is not good enough, because in this room there are so many documents scattered on the corners of the room. There are many tools and office supplies in this room, therefore the employees jobs are disturbed. The filing procedure in this room also is not good enough, because there is no clear procedure for the borrowers, causing trouble in the rediscovery of files. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Semarang Majapahit has to make rules in terms of filing lending system.
