PT PLN ( persero ) Udiklat Semarang is one of the state-owned business entities that manage down in the archive in accordance with the procedures chancery.The study is done aims to understand the system of management of file services in support of information in PT PLN ( persero ) Udiklat Semarang.The end of this task of analysing the results from interviews, and observations with the writing of qualitative technique. Data analysis was done by means of data storage, presentation, and conclusions . The results show that chancery management systems to support services information on PT PLN (persero) Udiklat Semarang do not run in accordance with procedures. Companies have to provide filing cabinet, filing cabinet and space archive storage adequate.Because files or archive kept too much can cause filing cabinet and filing cabinet could not include all files there.PT PLN (persero) Udiklat Semarang should carry out the destruction of already having no value to and or has been expired rate that life cycle files go well.
