Usaha Nutricorn Pada Kedai SOBACO : Special Usaha Makanan dan Minuman Olahan Dari Jagung



Maize harvest in central java province increases entrepreneurs interest to make food innovation made from corn. Nutricorn is a creative business with corn as the main ingredients. It has Partnership Business with Bananation and Soper, The purpose of this partnership is to minimize location rented cost, to increase selling, and also to promote the new business. Located at Tirto Husodo Timur street number 29 Tembalang, and called Kedai SoBaCo with Foodcourt concept. Tembalang area is selected to estabilish this business because the target consumers is college student. There are some universities around Tembalang, such as like Diponegoro University, Semarang State Polytechnic (POLINES), Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Semarang (POLTEKKES), Pandanaran University, Etc. Products offered by NUTRICORN are Martabak Corn, Toast Corn, and Corn Milk. All product range price is between Rp.4000,00 – Rp.8500,00. The strategy approach taken in the estabilishment of NUTRICORN consist of human resources strategy, product strategy, market strategy, financial strategy, price strategy and promotion strategy.
