ABSTRACT This study aims to find the influence of production factors (raw material, labor and machine working hours) to production volume of BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) film and to find the elasticity level of BOPP film production factors in production department PT. Polidayaguna Perkasa. The data usage in this research is time series secondary data which is taken during January 2014 to December 2016 with 36 samples (monthly). The analysis data methods are multiple linear regression using SPSS 20 and Cobb-Douglas Production Function which can measure return to scale (RTS) and elasticity whether the production factors usage are increasing, constant or decreasing. Based on the multiple regression result, partially, raw material (X1), labor (X2) and machine working hours (X3) influence positively and significantly to BOPP film production volume (Y). Then simultaneously, independent variables influence positively and significantly to production volume (Y). In three years, the elasticity of raw material is 0.699, the elasticity of labor is 3.347, while the elasticity of machine working hour is 0.632. The return to scale (RTS) was increasing return to scale (more than 1) which was meant that PT. Polidayaguna Perkasa has feasibility to improving its business in producing BOPP plastic film. It is recommended that the company should determine safety stock of raw material, motivation for the labor and regeneration of machine.
