The design of this e-filing system was built to facilitate the work process in the management of archives at the department of purchasing PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. It is intended to be more efficient computerized data processing. The method to collecting data are Observation, Interview, and Literature review. The design system used with Waterfall / Classic Life method Cycle, the tool used to design systems in the form of Flow chart. Tools used are WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and Wamp server. Testing results of this application is a system which was built can already produce functionally the output as expected and the appearance of the application of e-filing system built to meet the needs, the input data process meets the needs and reports produced already meet the needs. With this application, employees can save time, simplify the discovery of the archive digitally and minimize the damage of original data archive with Back-up data, so the company will have backup archives owned. This application can save archive storage space and the ease of access control to the archive.
