Pengaruh pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pt penerbit Erlangga kantor perwakilan Tegal
PT Penerbit Erlangga founded since April 30, 1952 as one of the publishers which has been established as one publishers in Indonesia. Erlangga is increasingly recognized for its high quality and variety of published books. The purpose of this final project is to analyze the influence of rewarding and punishing on the performance of marketing employee at PT Penerbit Erlangga Tegal branch office. There are 20 respondents the population of Marketing employees at PT Penerbit Erlangga Tegal. The methods in collecting data are questionnaires and interviews. The result of this research showed that simultaneously all the reward and punishment variables affect the employee's performance, it is shown through f arithmetic equal to 10,861 which is bigger than f table that is 3,59 with the significan of 0,001. The Determine Coefficient (R Square) is 0,561 or 56,1% contribution given by the variables of reward and punishment to employee performance, the rest 43,9% is influenced by other factor not explained in this research
