Pengaruh kompenssi, kompetensi, dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan



The purpose of this research is to analyzes the influence of compensation, competence, and control on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. This research used a multiple linear regression. The primary data used in this research is collected from questionnaire. The amounts of the respondents are 68 respondents who are employee of PT Harison and Gill Semarang. The result of The calculation of multiple linier regression shows that compensation, competence and control variables have significant positive influenced on employee perfomance and the most dominant variable is control. The contribution of compensation, competence and control to employee perfomance is 69.2% while 31.8% are influenced by other variables that were not described in this research.
