Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan ketetapan harga terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pelanggan jasa service bengkel Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and accuracy of price toward customer loyalty in customer satisfaction. The methods of data collection used in this research were observation, literature review and distributing questionnaires. The questionnaires use a ordinal scale with 5 point scale and methods of collecting sample used is simple random sampling for 100 samples. The analysis tools used were test of validity test, reliability test, normality test, F test, T test, the coefficient determinan and path analysis. From the analysis, it was obtained that the equation coefficient calculation Sub structural I line is based on the result, it means that if the quality of service and determined price is 0 so, the value of customer satisfaction is positive. Which it could be seen that service quality contributes greatly to customer satisfaction and 12,9% is the contribution of other factors. The result of Sub Structural II is which could be seen that customer satisfaction gave a great contribution to customer loyalty and 9% is the contribution of other factors.
