Pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinantransformasional, dan kompensasi non-financial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Foog, Tbk



The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organization culture, transformasional leadership style, and non-financial compensation on employee performance PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk Sragen. The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression method, t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), the coefficient of determination test (R 2 ), and assumption classic test . Based on this research, the result of statistical F-test has significant value < significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Its mean that organization culture, transformasional leadership style, and non-financial compensation has a significant impact on employee performance simultaneously. From the result of coefficient of determination test, adjusted R 2 has value of 0,783. Its mean that the impact of independent variable (organization culture, transformasional leadership style, and non-financial compensation) toward dependent variable (performance employee) is at 78.3%, while the remaining 21,7% is influenced by other variables that outside in this research.
