This research aimed to know the influence of leadership, motivation, work discipline toward the performance of production’s employees in PT Polidaya Guna Perkasa. The methods used for data collection were interview and questionnaire completion. The sample of this research were 84 respondents and analytical method used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression conducted with the Classical Assumption test and Goodness of Fit Test. The result of regression analysis indicated that leadership, motivation, work discipline all had positive influence on performance of employees. Based on t test it is indicated that leadership, motivation, work discipline have positive significant influence on performance of employee. Based on f test, independent variables simultaneuosly influenced the performance of employees significantly, with coeficient of determination (R2) of 0,545. This meant that 54,5% of performance of employee could be influenced by leadership, motivation, work discipline, while remaining 45,5% were influenced by other variables which were not observed.
