Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pt Rifan financindo berjangka Semarang



This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job training on employee performance on PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Semarang. The method used in this research is quantitative method to get primary data by using questionnaire. In this research, there are 55 respondents participated and it was chosen using random sampling. Research instrument test used validity test and reliability test. This research used observation, interview and questionnaire as the data collection methods. The analysis methods used in this research are multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient determination (R²). Based on t test, the result shows that the independent variables significantly influenced on employee performance with tcount value of 4,005, and 4,125 that is higher than and ttable that is 2,00665 with sig value of 0,00. The result of F test prove that organizational culture and job training simultaneously has significant influence toward employee performance with Fcount that is higher than Ftable (33,276 > 3,18) and the significance value is 0,000 which is lower than 0,05. The test result shows that organizational culture and job training has a positive influence toward employee performance. The coefficient determination value (Adjusted R² Square) of the model is 0,545 (54,5%). It means that the contribution of organizational culture and job training toward employee performance is 54,5% and the rest 45,5% is affected by other variables that are not observed in this research
