The purpose of this Final Project is to design a neat library information collection system at SMK N 1 Pringapus so that in the process of data searching, book lending book return, data input, member registration and report making can be done quickly and easily, as well as data easily backed up so as to minimize the risk of data loss. The data collecting method, in building a program was, observation in SMK N 1 Pringapus, the second method was by interviewing librarian, and the last method was by reading book and literatures related with the issues, to help the problem experienced by the library. The writer analyzes library need to make the program information system using foxpro application. The information system design has several menus to help librarian and student to find the book that have been stored for long time. It is recommended that the use information system could solve the problem, because the program that’s been made by the author is easy to use due to simple language.
