The purposes of this final project are, firstly to find out the mechanism of procurement of instructor, secondly to find out the honorarium system instructor, thirdly to find out the obstacles in procurement and implementation of honorarium system instructor at PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Semarang. The method of writing is descriptive. The data collected by interviews, observation and literature studies. The types of data used qualitative, quantitative, primary and secondary data. The results of this final project shows that the process of mechanism in the procurement of instructors are to arrange the implementation schedule of learning, making invitation letter to the instructor, confirm the presence of the instructor, making invitation letter to the replacement instructor and provide information to the instructor on the amount of honor to be received. The Instructor honorarium calculation is based on hourly rates and hours teaching instructors. The problems often arise in the honorarium system is an inappropriate name and account number. These obstacles occur because the instructor in filling the biographical form is incorrect. To overcome the obstacles, should be checked through e-banking before transferring honorarium of instructor. It is suggested that honorarium system instructor should be based on the systems and procedures in accordance with the company standards in order to create effective and efficient conditions.
