Pengaruh harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada perumahan the Amaya Ungaran



This research aim to analyze influence of price, location, and promotion toward house purchase decision at The Amaya Residence Ungaran. In this research, there were 90 respondents participated and they were chosen using incidental sampling. Research instrument test used validity test and reliability test. This research used observation, interview and questionnaire as the data collection methods. The analysis methods used in this research were t test, F test, and coefficient determination (R2).Based on t test, the result shows that the independent variables significantly influenced on purchase decision with t count value of 3,027, 3,480, and 3,092 that was higher than and t table that 1,987 with sig value of 0,00. The result of F test prove that price, location, and promotion simultaneously had significant influence toward purchase decision with F count that is higher than F table (73,410 > 2,71) and the significance value is 0,000 which lower than 0,05. The result of multiple linear regression is: Y = 4,473 + 0,289X1 + 0,254X2 + 0,256X3. The test result shows that price, location, and promotion had a positive influence toward purchase decision. The coefficient determination value (Adjusted R2 Square) of the model is 0,709 (70,9%). It means that the contribution of price, location, and promotion toward purchase decesion is 70,9% and the rest 29,1% is affected by other variables that are not observed in this research.
