Analisis Pengaruh Hubungan Internasional dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Semarang



The purposes of this research were to analyse the influence of interpersonal relationship on the employee job satisfaction, to analyse work environment on the employee’s job satisfaction,and to describe the profiles of respondents.This research used collecting data from interviews, observation, questionaires, and literature review. In this research, it was found out that the work environment had positive and significant influence to the employees’job satisfaction. The result of determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) showed that 29,3% of the independent variable were work interpersonal relationship and work environment. It meant that 29,3% of employees’ job satisfaction was explained by them and 70,7% was explained by other variables which were not explored in this research
