Pengaruh Personal Selling dan Iklan Dalam Membangun Brand Image Pembiayaan Warung Mikro Pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Semarang Karangayu



Communication is one of important things in marketing. With good communication in its implementation will form a positive perception to the brand. The purpose of this final project report is to find out the influence of personal selling and advertising towards brand image of micro finance product PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub Branch Office Semarang Karangayu. The methods for collecting data are literature review and questionnnaires distributed to 65 customers of micro finance product as respondents. The data analysis used the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Regression analysis is to determine the influence of personal selling and advertising. Data were proceeded using SPSS 24.0. Result of reggression analysis shows that personal selling has positive and significant impact toward the brand image of the micro finance product at 0.246. Advertising was positively and significantly influenced toward the brand image of the micro finance product at 0.640. Advertising impact is greater than the personal selling impact toward the brand image of the micro finance product. The coefficient of determination is 0.601. It means that 60.1% brand image of micro finance product was influenced by personal selling and advertising. While the rest of 39,9% is influenced by other factors.
