The growth of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah must be supported by the ability to innovate. This study aims to determine the impact of Islamic work ethic, knowledge sharing and empowerment on employees innovation capability. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah PNM Binama Semarang. Census sampling technique was used in this study by including all employees as respondents, amounting a number of samples of 40 people. The type of data in this study were primary data collected by asking respondents to fill out a questionnaire. Data quality test, research instrument test, and hypothesis test conducted in this study were analyzed by using linear regression model on SPSS 18. The results obtained in this research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship among Islamic work ethic, knowledge sharing and empowerment on innovation capability variables of the employees worked at PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah PNM Binama Semarang.
